The Vegan Kind subscription beauty box has been a long favourite of mine. I guess that is why I continue to be subscribed as well as indulging in vegan and cruelty free brands I have never heard of before.
THE VEGAN KIND AUGUST BOX 2019!
Eeek, I can’t believe some of the products I have not got around to using as yet. Even though The Vegan Kind have changed their subscription boxes to be delivered six times a year in February, April, June, August, October and December. I still can’t get through my products quick enough and now I’m playing catch up. And I think at one point they were delivered 12 times a year! Can you even imagine trying to use up all your products before the next month delivery. I could not keep up, so I was extremely glad when The Vegan Kind changed the amount of times the beauty box subscription was delivered.
GREENFROG BOTANIC PINK CLAY KONJAC FACIAL SPONGE
I really had wished I used this sooner rather than later from The Vegan Kind Box. I received this beauty box during our home renovations and so put the contents of the box to one side and sadly forgot about it. I’ve totally been missing out on this wonderful treat. The sponge before use is hard, so before use leave to soak in water for about 40 seconds.
After the sponge softens it feels really silky, a really interesting texture from it’s original form. And sooo super soft on the skin. I see why it was originally created to clean delicate baby skin. This is a 100% plant based sponge and is alkaline that leaves the skin balanced. The softening clay has later been added by Green Frog, for gentle exfoliation.
CORPORE SANCTUM TONIFY ME BUNNY MIST
Well this one has really surprised me. To be honest I weren’t expecting this to work so well on my skin (and I couldn’t tell you why). I know for one thing, I feel in love with the packaging, I mean how you couldn’t just look at it! Tonify Me Bunny is a wonderful vitamin C mist that refreshes your skin whatever the weather. The vitamin C mist plumps the skin and helps minimise pores. The claim is, it evens skin tone and I am not disappointed at all. Since using this religiously day and night. I feel the vitamin C mist makes my skin look super hydrated feels softer and has helped even my skin tone too.
ORGANII HAND AND NAIL CREAM
I have used a fair amount of hand creams in the past and I do remember that this is one I wanted to try again. The light texture of this hand cream will nourish, hydrate and care for sensitive hands. And I felt that was the same for me, even though I usually go for heavier creams as my skin just seems to love it.
I guess I love this hand cream even more because it contains seven organic, natural plant extracts and oils such as burdock and stinging nettle to strengthen, small-leaved linden to sooth, calendula and St John’s wort for their anti-inflammatory effect, wild rose to tighten and smooth, which is great for my hands now they are starting to look a bit aged and elderberry to cleanse. The orange oil and sea buckhorn helps hydrate and protect nails and hands. All while leaving my hands feeling soft.
SUPERDRUG ROSEHIP & CACTUS FRUIT TRAVEL SET
I am a fan of Superdrug own brand like B. Cosmetics and Skincare but I must say I have not used this Rosehip & Cactus Fruit Shampoo & Conditioner travel set as yet. As I already have so many shampoos and conditioner to get through. The Vegan Kind travel set helps keep hair colour looking fresh and bright, with a healthy looking shine and that’s always a bonus!
