Spring and Summer brings thoughts of the beach, sun, sun-cream, ice-cream and beautiful womens BIKINIS and swimsuits. I can almost smell the salt from the sea, feel the fresh air breeze and hear those seagulls. I am starting to picture the swimwear I will be sporting beside the seaside beside the sea. I dread to think how many of us will be all be flocking to the beach, once lock down is over. So with thoughts of that we are fully into Spring and with Summer just around the corner, it’s time to be thinking of our swimwear outfits, not just for holidays for the future but for little break getaways inland.
THE BRAND BEHIND THE SWIMWEAR
(AD) Protest are a European brand based in Holland, founded in 1993 and created by a small group of snowboarding fanatics. Protest expanded their snowbording designs to swimwear and casual street clothing with sixteen designers, and design influences from New York to Tokyo. Protest may be a sportswear brand originally with Snowboarders in mind but have expanded their market and audience to swimwear and casual street clothing that are universal for most.
PUSH UP BIKINIS
If your a fan of trying to create a bigger or fuller looking bust then a PUSH UP BIKINI could be the one. As well as an enhanced bust, push up bikinis swimwear can add a bit of glamour to your look on the beach, whilst still adding support during swimming and flocking on the beach.
TANKINIS
I love TANKINIS almost as much as I love swimsuits and think they are a God send, from hiding the lumps and bumps I don’t want to be seen and with some designs can hide any potential food babies. A Tankini is an extension of a bikini design with the bottom of the bikini having a longer design. Tankinis are great for any age group, right down from your cute Nana, chic Mama, teenage Queen or cute baby girl.
SWIMSUIT
A swimsuit, my go to swimwear 100% of the time over bikinis. Mainly because I lost my flat board stomach in my late teen years. And have replaced them with mini back Angel wings. The part of my body I dislike the most. So wearing a full swimsuit does the job at hiding it the best it can. Swimsuits can look just as great as bikinis and when I think of a swimsuit, I think of a pin up girl or surf babe both strong yet sexy. I have ordered two and can not wait to take some shots on Brighton Beach, yippy!
MEN SWIMWEAR SHORTS
I would rather see a man in a pair of SHORTS or briefs than try to pull off a BORAT TANKINI aka man bikinis. I don’t think even the worlds most eligible man can pull that look off, but mens swimwear shorts are something most if not every man can pull off. I know my boyfriend prefers short or mid length shorts to a pair of briefs. Shorts are flattering for men and boys of all ages and come in so many designs on Protest. So you guys will find something you’ll like for a gift for loved ones or for yourselves, if your a man.
