I was invited to one of the best festivals ever! A vegan festival. VegFest UK is the largest in Europe, with veggie festivals being held all around the UK in Bristol, Brighton, Scotland and of course London!
I had a straight forward journey into Olympia Central where the indoor festival was held, hopping on and off trains and tubes and the weather wasn’t bad either.
There were thousands of people which added to the buzzing atmosphere. Hundreds of stalls offered free samples of animal cruelty free cakes, cheese and chocolates. Vegan burgers and hotdogs made without meat! There were jewellery, beauty, demonstrations, music and talks.
The whole day was very inspiring and has encouraged me to change my diet for the better. The bigger picture is not just saving myself but the animals and in return the environment.
