The Cleanse and Polish from Liz Earle is a very, very popular beauty product in the UK. Always on QVC and I’m not sure why it has taken me so long to use mine, which I ask my Mum to get me for my birthday, 5 years ago!!! I know, I know!

CLEANSE AND POLISH
STEP ONE | The Cleanse and Polish comes in two steps and the first step consist of the polishing act. A cruelty free product. It is very easy to use and only requires two pumps from the bottle. Apply to the face and neck. Gently massage around the face in circular movements. It is very easy to see why it has won many awards, it is best loved by many and still number one among many of it’s competitors.
The product comes out in a thick and white creamy texture. The gentle ingredients include Rosemary, Eucalyptus and Chamomile to tone, sooth and purify the skin. Coco butter to smooth and soften the skin. With all the ingredients included, provides a gentle scent,. Everytime you will feel like your using a luxury product.
Whenever I use the Cleanse and Polish, I am always more than happy with the results. I know it has taken off my makeup, pollution of the day and has removed my dead skin cells. It wakes up my skin and does leave my skin feeling soft, super smooth and positively glowing! My skin looks super hydrated and plump after each use. As instructed I use it twice a day, morning and night each time with the muslin cloth.
Cleanse and Polish | Muslin Cloth
STEP TWO | The Muslin Hot Cloth is gentle as anything, made of pure double woven cotton. Helps buff away dead skin from the surface of my face and neck. Designed to be used alongside the Cleanse and Polish and other face mask under the Liz Earle brand. The cloths should be washed by hand after each use. It is recommended to wash the Muslin cloth after three routine uses, in a low temp wash without fabric softener. And then leave to air dry naturally.
This helps to extend the life of the cloths. After regular use the Muslin cloths should be ready to be replaced, as the exfoliating power will cease to exist. It is also advised that when you get a new cloth you also purchase a full-size Cleanse and Polish. For me that would have to be a personal choice right there. Neither the less, I really do like this product.
Superskin Microdermabrasion Polish
The new kid on the block (if you get my reference). An upgrade to the already popular Cleanse and Polish. This luxury cleanser texture offers advance skin resurfacing for an even brighter and younger appearance. The ultra fine volcanic pumice crystals and natural AHAs from fruits. Oranges, Lemon, Bilberry, Sugar Cane and Maple, will aid in a fresh look. While the Shea Butter and Rosehip oil add back moisture The Neroli sent promises a spa like experience. Whilst this product has the AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) it may cause skin sensitivity. Therefore it is advised to apply sunscreen to protect the layers of your skin, and protective clothing.
Mens | Cleanse and Polish
Hello, the Male equivalent to Cleanse and Polish. Apart from the fact the bottle is a different colour and it offers to deeply cleanse the face. I am not really sure if there is another difference, to the original Cleanse and Polish. I do know that when my BF used mine, the original, it did leave his face a little red, due to the fact his skin is super sensitive anyway. So maybe if he had used this, it might have been gentle on his skin? Liz Earle, help me out. As per the original, this version is still to be used with the Muslin double woven cotton cloths.
